While the children are looked after in the mini-club or have fun with the entertainment programme, parents can relax in the whirlpool and indulge in underwater massages in the swimming pool. The whole family loves the daily choice between the marvellous Lake Garda and the various pools at the campsite, where you can slide, float in the current channel or let yourself be splashed by the waterfall.
On Lake Garda, the town of Sirmione in the south of the lake attracts visitors. In addition to sights such as the Scaliger castle and the parish church of Santa Maria Maggiore, it impresses with its picturesque location: Sirmione is situated on a promontory that extends far into the lake. From this vantage point, there is a fabulous view of a large part of the lake and the beautiful shores, which are dotted with pretty beaches and charming towns. The Camping Village San Francesco is located near Sirmione and has direct access to the beach. Here you can swim in Lake Garda and there is an additional pool with underwater massages especially for adults and water games for children. Young and old alike will enjoy the entertainment programme, which includes activities and shows.
To the east of Lake Garda, Lazise with its Scaliger Castle and the church of San Nicolò is a popular attraction for travellers. The 5-star Camping Piani di Clodia impresses with its top location and numerous options for day trips in the municipality. A dedicated bus service, which is free of charge for camping guests, runs from the campsite to Lazise. Camping Piani di Clodia is located directly on the shores of the lake and also boasts an adventure water park. To the west of Lake Garda, the huge park of the Upper Brescia Lake Garda area stretches along the shore. Dense forests, steep cliffs, charming villages and marvellous panoramic roads adorn this natural paradise. Hikers in particular get their money's worth here. Nearby is the Fornella campsite for families on Lake Garda with playgrounds and entertainment for the little ones.

Young and old alike are sure to get their money's worth at Gardaland theme park, as the adventure world has a huge range of different attractions for adrenaline junkies of all ages. Among the numerous rollercoasters, the brave ones can choose the Blue Tornado or Oblivion - The Black Hole, while children can enjoy the Kung Fu Panda Master. For lots of water fun, choose the Colorado Boat or enjoy a rafting trip on the Jungle Rapids. The shows in the Gardaland Theatre will also amaze the whole family.
If you are looking for more peace and tranquillity on a day trip to Lake Garda, visit the Heller Gardens in the municipality of Gardone Riviera on the western shore. This botanical garden not only has exotic plant species from all over the world, such as Japan, Canada and Africa, but also colourful works of art from different cultures. The children are particularly enthusiastic about the water features and the art installations that you can enter. At the end of the excursion, the whole family treats themselves to an ice cream on the hill of the botanical garden.
Excursions to Reptiland in Riva del Garda, for example, are particularly recommended for winter camping or on rainy days. Here, visitors can marvel at numerous exotic animal species such as tarantulas, giant scorpions and cobra butterflies. You can also take a closer look at many interesting snakes, such as the rattlesnake and the tiger python. Active campers can visit the King Rock climbing centre in Verona. Here you can climb and boulder with safety ropes and take courses for different ages and abilities. There is also a separate facility with a giant slide for children.
