Plots are way too small, we had the comfort with supposedly 75 m², it just fit that our car & the awning fit. Sanitary facilities are mostly dirty, it smells like chlorine and the showers are completely calcified. The drain smells extremely. For the amount of people, there are only two urinals. Quiet hours are not observed, at 12 am dishes are still being washed, a chemical toilet is cleaned and loud music is heard. The place is totally overloaded and does not match the pictures. Whoever wants to relax on vacation is at the wrong address here..

Due to lack of options at the northern Lake Garda, we ended up here. Very nice spots in a prime location under olive trees, good sanitary facilities, acceptable restaurant, well-stocked supermarket. Unfortunately also very loud (including construction work), sanitary facilities are only clean shortly after cleaning, otherwise very dirty, probably also due to the high turnover and the younger crowd.
