As if copied from a beautiful landscape painting, the lush nature with green meadows and imposing olive trees at the Camping Piantelle holiday resort on the south-western shore of Lake Garda is a delight. The Bravo pitches, which measure up to 80 square metres, are located in this idyllic setting. The Alfa pitches measure around 75 square metres, some of which have a direct view of the lake. If you prefer something a little larger, the XXL pitches with 120 square metres are certainly ideal. In addition to the 121 pitches, there are 140 mobile homes and holiday flats spread across the 18.5-hectare campsite. Four flats also offer space for up to seven guests: they are located directly opposite the two pools. The Lake Dream mobile homes on the campsite impress with their modern flair and very large terrace. There is a bakery stall in the mini market so that the smell of fresh bread rolls fills the holiday home or camper every morning. Guests can also find cheese and sausage, fruit and vegetables and household goods there. The menu in the restaurant at Camping Piantelle is also extensive. Holidaymakers can order children's dishes as well as homemade pizzas, Italian antipasti and authentic ice cream in a cosy atmosphere. The restaurant is characterised in particular by its tasty olive oil, which is produced directly on site. There is also a discreet sports programme with yoga, water aerobics and aerobics right on the holiday resort. An entertainment programme suitable for children is also a matter of course at this holiday park in the north of Italy.

For real foodies and gourmets

The atmosphere at the unspoilt campsite is relaxed, informal and, above all, restful. Guests enjoy dozing in the shade of the olive trees and taking a siesta, sunbathing on the beach or having fun with the children in the playground. A walk to the town of Moniga del Garda, which is particularly famous for its harbour promenade, is just as idyllic. Private boat trips out onto Lake Garda depart from there. The wines from Moniga are also renowned beyond the region. Tours of the wineries and vineyards as well as tastings are regularly organised. For extensive shopping and a bit of sightseeing, the town of Salò, around 20 kilometres from Camping Piantelle, is ideal.
