Camping Au an der Donau is located in beautiful green surroundings between a natural bathing pond, the Danube and a marina in beautiful Austria. The pitches are located on a meadow area, which is structured by medium-high deciduous trees and hedges. For exploring the surrounding area, you can hire an e-bike from the bike hire centre. Maps for cycling tours and circular routes guide active campers along the Danube into the hinterland, offering breathtaking views of the Alps. As the Danube cycle path runs right past the campsite, a short trip by bike is an absolute must. Volleyball courts provide additional sporting variety. In the evening, you can end the day in a cosy atmosphere at the barbecue area.
Danube cyclists, boaters, and water enthusiasts meet at this cozy location between the natural bathing pond, Danube levee, and marina.

Meadow area structured by medium and tall deciduous trees and rows of bushes, pitches delimited by higher hedges. Large tent meadow with old trees and table-bench combinations. Located at the Danube cycling path.

Very Good Place
Very nice shady campsite directly on the Danube, with the possibility to swim there. Connected beer garden with food that is nothing special, but okay. Bread roll service, very clean and modern sanitary facilities, Wi-Fi, very friendly operators. Would love to come back, highly recommend!

Great little place with a huge playground! Nice walks along the Danube, very clean washrooms, very friendly operator. Free choice of spots with shaded and sunny places, something for everyone's taste.

Sanitary facilities 5+, clean, functional, super. Very nice pitches, decent size, well maintained, everything is ok. Staff friendly and accommodating. Ideal for cycling tours. The only thing lacking is the view of the Danube due to the dike.
