Very friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant with great lake view. The washhouse in the middle is not very clean, another newer one is better! Unfortunately, there is also dog poop on the pitches and along the path, as there are too many dogs for our taste.

We have already been to the place twice (2021/2022) and always had a great time. In 2025 we wanted to go back and booked. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our booking and this is where the problems begin: the cancellation was confirmed in a short time, but since then we have been waiting for the refund of our deposit (cancellation mid-January, repeatedly reminded since then). Since you receive a reservation confirmation and the corresponding invoice with payment terms etc. within a very short time, one should also be able to expect this when canceling. But sometimes the relevant staff are sick, on vacation, etc. ... Customer friendliness is different. We would have definitely booked again, but the decision is taken out of your hands. Therefore, I advise only to book if you are 100% sure.

We were spontaneously there from 30.09.24 to 06.10.24 and were very enthusiastic. We own a camper (6 m in length) and were able to choose the suitable spot on foot on site. Distance to Lszise is about 25-30 minutes on foot. Sanitary facility and washing options for laundry, dishes are great. Everything was clean. The WiFi is not really good at all pitches!! Anyone who wants to stream TV reliably must book the corresponding WiFi pitches!

Great campsite, very clean, very friendly staff and a wonderful pool area. The site is right by the lake with its own dog beach. The sanitary facilities are almost new. The campsite also offers culinary options for everyone. Highly recommended.

The organization upon arrival was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Modern and very clean sanitary facilities. In the lower area by the lake, there are differently sized pitches. We were able to choose a free spot in our category upon arrival. Wi-Fi is excellent, even for streaming. Access to the campsite is only with wristbands, which is very positive as well. Well-equipped supermarket on the premises with acceptable prices. The terrain rises quite steeply, making the way up quite laborious. The path along the lake runs directly between the campsite and the lake. From here, you can reach several bars and restaurants on foot or by bike. But definitely a highly recommendable place.

We found the pitches very good, especially as we had a free choice of pitches in certain areas. The pitches are level, however the road at the campsite itself is quite steep, but we see such things more sportily. What we didn't like was the restaurant, more like a 3 out of 5 stars. Overall, the site is quite loud in summer, the children's program runs until 10:00 PM, which has annoyed us quite often, the "same game" every evening. I find it would be desirable to offer variety for older children/teenagers or adults. Overall, there are many campers with dogs on site, which personally did not bother me. But for those who are bothered by it, at least in the summer months. Despite some criticisms, we would recommend the site and would return, as the positive aspects outweigh: pitch size, location, sanitary area in the new section at least top. Friendliness of the staff.

We booked this spot as the 2nd vacation destination of our trip to Italy in advance. The reservation process was very good. However, a major downside (which I only saw on site) is the description of the pitches. I had booked via email and was offered a pitch by the lake. We therefore incorrectly assumed that we would also have the lake at our doorstep, which unfortunately was not the case. There is another category that is referred to as the 1st row by the lake. This was, on the one hand, fully booked and would have cost much more, on the other hand. The pitch that we had booked was only available in the 2nd and 3rd rows. Positive at check-in was that the free pitches were marked on the map and you had the opportunity to choose one of those pitches yourself. Unfortunately, the choice of pitch was no longer spectacular. We then took one in the 3rd row. Here you then have the bad luck that the pitches in front of you place the caravan so unfavorably that you have no lake view anymore. The drive to the lower pitches was a pure torment for us. Everything was far too tight (we have a 7.5-meter long and 2.5-meter wide caravan and had to work with millimeters to avoid getting stuck on walls or parked cars. Hats off to my husband for his driving skills. Since I had booked in advance and communicated all measurements, I wished it had all been different. So much for the first impression. After the check-in, you receive a band with a chip, which allows you to enter the premises. This all worked perfectly. I found it positive that my 6-year-old son did not receive this chip band. This ensures that the smaller kids can move safely on the premises and do not get the idea to leave the campsite alone, for example, down by the lake. Due to the location on the slope, it is certainly a challenge for older people or people not so good on foot (definitely also parents with strollers) to reach the central areas (pool, supermarket, bar, or reception) quickly on foot. Regarding the washrooms... I can only evaluate the ones below for the lakeside pitches. The washing machine was initially defective. This was not communicated clearly, the money was swallowed and was thus lost. In none of the 3 ladies' toilets were there small bins. This is certainly an absolute no-go for some ladies with monthly complaints! There is also no way to dry your hands, neither hand dryers nor paper towels. Cleaning is certainly only done once a day. In the men's toilets, the urinals are generally missing. Not every man sits down, and this is not pleasant when children then sit down, my husband often had no toilet paper. After showering, there is the option of drying the cubicles yourself, but unfortunately, this was not done by everyone, the fault lies with the campers and not the operator! Regarding the pool. This is a highlight for both young and old with the slides. The sun loungers are plentiful and free. The lifeguards on site were very attentive and did their job very diligently, especially at the slides, where order and safety were maintained. This way, you could safely let your child slide alone. The pool bar has a good price-performance ratio for food and drinks. However, the service staff seemed very annoyed. In the evening the mini-disco was really great. The girls did an amazing job for the kids. The washing programs of the washing machines are too short. At 44 minutes, it was already almost clear to me that the smallest stains had not come out. So you can save the 5 euros. Normally, I wouldn't have washed for a week but since this was the second stop, I unfortunately had no choice. We left one night earlier, and our conclusion is that it's once but not again. If Lake Garda did not have so many beautiful opportunities for activities, we surely would not have stayed. Thus, we were always on tour during the day and were only on the campsite in the evenings. It is certainly worth mentioning the reception staff. All were very courteous and friendly. All the points of criticism mentioned here were also addressed on site and partly resolved immediately, such as the missing toilet paper or the defective washing machine that worked again the next day. Regarding hygiene, it was explained to us that an external cleaning company is responsible for this, which is also new this season.

The peaceful surroundings also offer ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday in northern Italy.
Camping Lido Lazise is located in the tranquil municipality of Pacengo di Lazise, south-west of Lake Garda near Peschiera. Not far from the site is direct access to the northern Italian lake, where the almost 200 metre long stretch of rocky shoreline invites you to sunbathe, swim and relax. Alternatively, guests at the campsite can also quickly reach the Italian Alps or the metropolis of Verona with its cultural sights. In addition to the large pool area, holidaymakers will also find tennis and beach volleyball courts, sports fields, bike hire and a varied sports programme. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi, campers are always connected to the internet. In addition to picturesque landscapes along the shore and idyllic bathing bays, Lake Garda also offers perfect opportunities for long hikes through nature. Monte Baldo on the eastern shore is a particularly popular excursion destination, and the summit can also be easily reached by cable car. Day trips to Canevaworld, Gardaland and Movieland Park are ideal for families with children. These are huge amusement parks with rollercoasters, wild water rides and many other attractions. Campers interested in culture and architecture, on the other hand, should consider a trip to nearby Verona. The landmarks of the northern Italian city include the ancient arena, which once seated 20,000 spectators, the historic Piazza delle Erbe and the stone balcony of the Casa di Giulietta, which became world-famous for Romeo and Juliet.
