Slightly sloping meadow terrain with medium-high deciduous and coniferous trees as well as bushes and some low hedges. Towards the road, partly greened, about 4 m high noise protection wall. Pitches partially gravelled. Views of the Carnic Alps.
Access to water
Approximately 700 sqm natural swimming pond: shore area with wooden terrace and small sunbathing lawn. Additionally, at the 4 km distant Pressegger See, there is a 3 ha sunbathing and playground area (including 0.5 ha for nudists) with a private beach. Free shuttle service.
