Friendly staff, great location, we've been here 4 times already. We've been camping at Lake Garda for 20 years and this site is one of the best we've visited. In itself, a nice campsite, but in the rain it turns into a real mud fight. For the expensive price, I expect more. Gravel/chips. The paths were not properly cleaned, and dirt is everywhere. Our biggest point of criticism is the safety at the pool. The new green water slide should definitely be avoided, it is, in my opinion, life-threatening. We witnessed 2 accidents during our stay, one of which was severe. Unfortunately, my character count is not enough to write more. However, I want to warn all campers, please take care of yourselves and your children. The lifeguards are not capable of helping and were overwhelmed by the situation. Emergency kits were not filled to stop bleeding. No trained personnel, just a mobile phone and a whistle. Reception and management are not open to criticism and are not aware of any fault.
