Best time to visit

Halland's climate is characterised by its proximity to the sea. As there can be rainfall all year round, guests at campsites in Halland are advised to bring rainwear. The driest months on a long-term average are May, June and August. The average rainfall is eight days. From late spring to the end of summer, the sun shines from the sky for seven to nine hours. This time of year is therefore ideal for sightseeing tours, hikes and relaxing days on the beach. In July and August, the maximum average temperatures peak at around 21 degrees Celsius.
