Comfortable facilities

The Destination Apelviken campsite impresses above all with its beautiful location. Here, camping holidaymakers not only enjoy Sweden's beautiful natural landscape, but also the immediate proximity to the sea. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away from the campsite. Perfect for idyllic walks on the beach. Here the children can enjoy playing in the sand and building castles, but also enjoy the refreshing sea water. Pool lovers have also been catered for: the large pool is equipped with a water mushroom and is particularly popular with young campers. The campsite's sun terrace is also located here. Loungers are set up around the pool and promise relaxing hours in the sun. The pitches are located on a grassy surface, with small bushes separating the rows of pitches. Depending on preference, pitches can be booked with a view of the water. If you are travelling with children, we recommend booking pitches in the immediate vicinity of the playground. Three service buildings are available to camping guests. In addition to showers and toilets, these are also equipped with a kitchen and washing-up facilities. There is a sauna in two of the three service buildings, as well as a family room. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

Excursions into the Swedish countryside

It's hard to get bored at the Destination Apelviken campsite: Plenty of fun and variety awaits guests big and small here. The campsite's location is ideal for trying out various water sports. The surf centre not only offers the right equipment, but also courses. You can learn the basics of windsurfing, but you can also let off steam with stand-up paddling and surfing. There is also plenty for the children to do here. Numerous activities such as painting, arts and crafts and much more are organised for the little campers. They can quickly make friends and have lots of fun together. The surrounding area is ideal for all cycling enthusiasts. Wonderful tours can be undertaken from the campsite. The town of Varberg is a popular excursion destination. Known as a cycling town, you can easily explore the streets here and take a break in small cafés. If you don't have a bike with you, simply hire one from the campsite - e-bikes can also be hired here.
