Hedesunda Camping in the Swedish province of Gävleborg has its own sandy beach and moorings for boats in the watery natural landscape of the Dalälven river. The campsite, which is characterised by forests and meadows, with rental accommodation and spacious pitches for caravans and motorhomes, is located on the small island of Ön and is an ideal starting point for canoe trips and fishing excursions. The programme also includes bird watching, beaver and moose safaris and Viking games for children.

Park-like forest edge area with older deciduous and coniferous tree groups. Pitch area gently sloping and partly undulating, pitches are level. Located on the island Ön in the lake area formed by the river Dalälven.
Access to water
Approximately 150 m long and up to 15 m wide beach with individual pine trees and some round boulders. A bathing jetty, two boat jetties.

🤙 The owner does everything possible to provide visitors with a pleasant stay. We had problems with our rooftop tent and the owner helped us out of trouble! Campsite/Rental accommodation: There was a lot of space between the pitches so we didn't feel crowded together. Sanitary facilities super clean

👎 A beautiful and very well-kept place, with everything you need. Only the constant quad rides to the pier were a little disturbing.
