A good starting point for exploring Öland. The pitches are level and spacious. Borgholm can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. The crows are still very active, but it doesn't really bother you. We stayed in the 500 section, which offers a great view. Otherwise, the site appears a bit neglected. The toilets and showers are good, but using the showers and chemical toilets requires an additional fee. I also found the site not particularly cheap for Sweden. I wouldn't really recommend it for a beach holiday. The access to the campsite is poorly signposted.
