Daftö Resort

This campsite is simply worth recommending! There is a huge range of leisure activities and many beautiful hiking trails, so there is something for everyone. Many activities are also available for children. Our service building was state-of-the-art and very well equipped. It was very clean, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We were here in mid-May, so I don't know what it's like in the high season.

This place has aged and the cleanliness could also be significantly better. Furthermore, it seems they haven't quite understood the Internet processing yet: - even though the resort was half empty, we could not reserve a spot for one night in advance, - a spot in the restaurant is only available if you reserve and pay online in advance, - if you personally stop by and the restaurant is half empty, it still means "you must reserve online, choose your meal there, and pay, - ... This place definitely does not deserve 5 stars!

We were able to feel comfortable all around here. The pitches were well-maintained and the washrooms were clean. The shop was well-stocked with everything you might need on short notice. I would return for a stay any time.

Beautiful place, we always love to come here for a few days on our way back from Norway. This place truly deserves the 5 stars ⭐.

The campsite is beautifully located in the skerries, so the sea is always calm and practically invites you to go canoeing or stand-up paddling. The site has spacious pitches and is divided into several zones. So it can be very quiet to normal operation. There is children's entertainment, a dishwasher, Swedish TV on site, evening mini-golf, a pool, a small fine amusement park within walking distance, and a well-stocked supermarket. The restaurant is good and also offers programs in the evening. Strömstad can be reached in 10 minutes with shopping and strolling opportunities. Excursions by boat are offered directly from the campsite. The staff is helpful and very friendly. We are repeat visitors and will also be found there again in 2019.

The place is really recommended. Cost at our time 300 SEK for an overnight stay including showers and electricity. Great view directly by the lake near a national park.

Large selection of pitches and many permanent campers. Part of a resort with plenty of children's playgrounds and several swimming pools. Electricity and Wi-Fi included. Reception staffed until 10 PM. Next door, a supermarket for everything you may have forgotten and fresh rolls. Sanitary facilities very good and very clean. The bonus: Sauna is included. If there are few guests, turn it on yourself half an hour in advance. (Timer that automatically switches off the sauna stove after two hours.)

Friendly staff, one should not rely on German language skills; an absolute paradise for children, the new sanitary building is finished.
