A small, beautiful campsite. The sanitary facilities are clean. The showers take some getting used to, as there is no separate changing area. In our view, suitable for one or two nights.

We were at the campsite for two nights at the beginning of August 2022. The site is very busy (and the individual plots are not very large), and so despite prior reservation, we had to choose two different plot numbers because there was no free plot available for two nights. Overall, the site looks quite nice, with a lot of greenery, the windmill on the hill, separated by hedges. But the site is right next to the E22, which is heavily trafficked around the clock, and the road that branches off from the E22 is also very loud. Directly across is a large shopping area with Willy's, ICA, etc. The sanitary building is adequate, the showers are free. There is a small kitchen and a lounge. In the mornings, you can buy rolls at the reception without reservation. Söderköping is a very nice town, located right by the Göta Canal. You can take a little sightseeing train to tour the town, departing at the lock of the Göta Canal. There is also a very popular ice cream parlor there, where during the peak season, there are long lines for a table to order ice cream. Additionally, on the edge of the town in the woods, there is a great climbing course (Kottebanan) and in the town, a ninja course playground (Ninjaparken). On the way to Stockholm, this was an okay campsite for us.
