With its kilometre-long, golden beach, Bibione is a paradise for camping by the sea. The seaside resort is located not far from Venice on the north-east coast of Italy in the Veneto region. The sun shines from the sky almost all day long and promises good-humoured activities such as outdoor water sports.
If passionate campers prefer to travel off-season with their motorhome, this is also possible in April and May as well as in September and October with pleasant weather. This is when cycle tours or cultural city excursions to Venice, for example, are ideal. Thanks to its location on the Mediterranean, winters are still quite mild and temperatures rarely drop below freezing.
