The restaurant and shop were good. A nice environment to have seen at least once. The location between Venice and Trieste is convenient. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: The air conditioning worked well enough.

Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: The condition of the mobile home was disappointing, the shower was poor, and the kitchen utensils were subpar.

It used to be really good but every year it's worse, and now the peak with the barriers, we are not a flock of sheep in a pony, we won't be coming back anymore, we were regular guests for over 29 years!!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to give a very bad review here, we have been coming here for 20 years, my wife was here as a child, but it gets worse every year. They have now strung a red cord on the beach and you are only allowed to lie on the beach inside of it, so that the gentlemen in front of their blue umbrellas have an unobstructed view, according to the operator the new commander of the coastline is responsible for this!? It is also no longer controlled whether the necessary wristbands for this beach are present, as outsiders from the apartments continue to come without authorization onto this area, but we have to pay for it!! The staff at the main entrance is also becoming increasingly rude and impolite, something that has never happened before! We will not come back as this is now, especially this year, an outrage at this beach, one feels like a herd of sheep in a pen.

Once upon a time, there was a camper-friendly campsite. Guests with caravans, motorhomes, or tents are only allowed to lay down on the beach in the enclosed zone (within the red cord) or behind the rental blue umbrellas. You are not allowed to lay down in front of the blue umbrellas because otherwise, guests are blocked from seeing by the blue sunshades. We campers lie closely next to each other, so that other beach guests have to slalom to get to the sea. Are we campers second-class people?

Super convenient location. Beach is top-notch. Price-performance ratio is okay. Sanitary facilities are outdated and rarely clean. Having shower and toilet in one is no longer up to date. Sometimes long queues for the showers. Pools are clean, but very loud and chaotic. Animation is not our thing, as it is very aimed at Italians. No more football and no dancing like before.
