Level grassy strip with deciduous trees and mat roofs. Tastefully landscaped entrance area. Towards the sea, there is a pine forest with two pathways to the beach.
In the vicinity of the campsites, and sometimes even on the sites themselves, outdoor music events reminiscent of discos take place, which can be heard far and wide depending on the wind direction and may last until midnight. Additionally, south of Vada, a amusement park operates in July and August, whose entertainment program can further exacerbate noise pollution and sometimes also last until midnight.

We felt very comfortable here
The campsite is a smaller, well-maintained place. We spent a quiet and relaxed vacation here. The pool is very beautiful and well-kept. The restaurant is actually recommendable, although some dishes are a bit expensive. The sanitary facilities are quite okay and are regularly cleaned. As is usual i… More

Why 4.5 ADAC Stars?
Run-down campsite. Sanitary facilities dilapidated and dirty. Wi-Fi does not work. Food in the restaurant is bad and overpriced.

Unfortunately, mosquitoes ruin it completely
The place itself is nicely laid out, with spacious spots under trees. The beach behind the pine forest is quite narrow but okay. The sanitation facilities are clean, although toilet paper is missing. However, the main problem is the mosquitoes. We were welcomed with about 10 bites as soon as we got … More

Expectations Not Met
We are unclear how this campsite (CP) was rated so well by ADAC. Since we are used to a beach 1.5 km away, we were very disappointed by the dirty (covered with algae and smeared with toilet paper) beach. The loungers with umbrellas by the pool (which can only be used with a swimming cap) cost money.… More

Good campsite close to the beach
Solid campsite with friendly staff, 4 minutes to the beach, shady large pitches, good restaurant, and a well-equipped shop available. Many things that have already been complained about are not improved: - Entrance fee for the pool during the main season (luckily we were there at the end of Septemb… More

Never again
One point is unfortunately too many. Unfriendly reception. Incorrect instruction to a pitch unsuitable for motorhomes. Unfortunately noticed too late at 38°C. The damage from the hedge was already done. Plus the second worst pizza I have ever eaten in Italy. The restaurant is very nicely decorated.… More

One finds time for family and oneself
We traveled without a booking; outside the Italian holidays, there is no problem. The extremely accommodating staff, who speak German and English, can only be praised. We had a flat tire upon arrival, and the staff made every effort to communicate with local companies and roadside assistance. The si… More

Quiet Autumn Holidays
Calm, well-organized camping, friendly service at the reception, less so in the restaurant/bar. Pizza and bar of good quality. Unfortunately, the beach is very narrow. Wonderful nature. Town within walking distance.

Gastronomic offers
Surrounded by deciduous trees and a dense pine forest, Camping Molino a Fuoco is a picturesque oasis of tranquillity. At the same time, the sandy beaches of Tuscany, which are ideal for swimming in the warm summer months, can be reached quickly from the campsite. The extremely family-friendly site allows dogs and offers a very personalised charm, thanks to which campers will feel at home right from the start.
Camping Molino a Fuoco is located in the Italian province of Livorno. The campsite is located directly on the Mediterranean coast and is just under 2 kilometres from Vada, the nearest larger town. This is part of the municipality of Rosignano Marittimo, which is home to more than 30,000 inhabitants. The site has a total of 120 parcelled-out pitches, which are between 50 and 100 square metres in size and therefore offer enough space for couples, families and groups of several people. The total area of 10 hectares also includes 45 rental accommodations and 30 pitches for permanent campers. The highlight of the facilities at Camping Molino a Fuoco is the open-air pool area, which is an ideal alternative to swimming in the Mediterranean, especially in the evening hours of the summer months. Thanks to the washing machines, tumble dryer and supermarket on site, holidaymakers will find everything they need for their stay. In addition to the playground and paddling pool, there are special activities for children so that parents can relax for a few hours without their children. The informal and sociable atmosphere throughout the campsite ensures that campers quickly get to know each other and immediately feel at home.
The coastline around the campsite is ideal for swimming in the Mediterranean, but windsurfing, kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding are also becoming increasingly popular here. Campers who would like to visit some of the cultural sights in the region should take a trip to Rosignano Marittimo. There you can visit the Castello di Rosignano, which was built in the Middle Ages, then destroyed and rebuilt in 1562. The Palazzo Bombardieri contains a number of artefacts from antiquity that originate from the region. Of course, longer excursions through Tuscany are also easily possible in your own car. Day trips to Florence, which can be reached in around 1.5 hours, are particularly popular.
