The campsites in Sérignan are particularly fun for families with children. Located on the Mediterranean coast of Montpellier in the Hérault department in the south of France, it offers numerous attractions such as the Lego Museum in the Palais de la Maquette or the Family Park with bouncy castles and carousels. The facilities are often a true bathing paradise with a swimming pool and proximity to the beach. An example of this is the Yelloh! Village Le Serignan Plage with pool and numerous mobile homes as an alternative to the classic pitch. The beautiful pool area and the view of the beach are particularly popular in high season. As with almost all campsites in the south of France, early booking is highly recommended.
Camping in Sérignan is characterised by a fine sandy beach that invites you to sunbathe and swim. A spacious pool area with water slides and a Roman-style bathing area pamper guests, as do the stylishly designed cottages. Nature lovers should not miss an excursion to the Orpellières nature reserve. The dune landscape was once desalinated for cultivation. Among other things, visitors can tour the site, including the former home of the artist Dado, which he decorated with frescoes. For culture enthusiasts, the Collégiale Notre-Dame-de-Grâce de Sérignan is a worthwhile destination. The imposing cathedral was built in the Gothic style. Wine lovers can sample exquisite wines at the Cave Coopérative Les Vignerons de Sérignan and buy them at favourable prices.
