Camping Sandaya Aloha

We spent two weeks there with our caravan and unfortunately we cannot understand the good star rating. The showers are outdated, and there are no shelves. The water pressure is poor, and the temperature fluctuates drastically within seconds. Some of the toilets are broken, and toilet paper is in short supply. Our daughter cannot go to the toilets alone because the lock is too old, and there are no children's sinks. The staff is unfriendly and does not speak a word of German. The program is not recommended. The swimming pool is nice and varied, but there are hardly any loungers or seating available. Only the beach is truly recommended. We will not return.

The showers are a complete disaster. There is no water pressure and the temperatures fluctuate dramatically. At times, boiling hot water suddenly comes out of the showerheads. On the plus side, the location is great. The beach is large and very well maintained.

We stayed there with our caravan. Overall, we found the place very nice, with a swimming pool and only about 50 m to the sea. Very friendly staff. The sanitary facilities were cleaned several times a day. However, we have to deduct two stars because in the trees (all plane trees that were currently blossoming - beware of allergens!) there are many pigeons that soil the entire pitch. 💩 It was really disgusting and a huge mess on the caravan and the car. Everything needs to be washed, otherwise the paint will get damaged. And without an awning, everything ends up on the table too! The wifi is great, but it costs extra :(

Beautiful place for families on summer holiday

Great location, beautiful beach. The pool could use a fresh coat of paint. It has been neglected in recent years. The water quality could be better. The sanitary facilities are cleaned (with old towels) and hot water is a stroke of luck. The sinks are often very dirty, and there is no hot water. The animation program has significantly decreased. It used to be much better and more varied (foam party, pool party, etc.). Aloha is unfortunately no longer a campsite but a bungalow park. Unfortunately, Aloha cannot be compared to other ADAC Super campsites. For this reason, it is no longer recommended.

We spent 3 days with the camper van at the campsite and had a spacious pitch that was very close to the beach. The sanitary facilities were very well maintained and clean. We would come back.

We were there with two adults, a toddler (1.5 years) and a baby (2 months) and it was one of the best campsites on our long journey. Beautiful large pitches with water point nearby. Unfortunately, the ground is only sand, which means dirt gets inside very quickly. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained, even with an integrated children's shower in the family bath and a separate area for baby bathtubs. Beach right at the door, vast with clear water, simply wonderful. Showers on the beach would be great. Delicious restaurant and good pizzas at the snack bar. We were very enthusiastic and would gladly come back anytime!

Clean and well-kept campsite with entertainment, small supermarket, snack bar, restaurant, and a large water park with slides and various pools. In the evenings, it is usually loud because there is always something happening. Large shaded pitches with electricity and water. The nearest town is about 6 km away. Bicycles or preferably e-bikes are advantageous.
