Ystad Camping

Well located, nice staff, clean washrooms. Showers could be a bit larger, and having separate toilets and washrooms would be practical. Here you come out of the toilet door and, for example, stand in the way of children brushing their teeth.

Ordinary place near the town of Ystad. The campsite is primarily characterized by permanent campers. The pitches vary in quality but are generally flat and do not require wedges. The sanitary facilities are in decent condition and clean. Extra fees apply for showering. The railway line passing by the campsite was hardly audible from our pitch. Overall, the campsite was the most expensive of our trip to Sweden. 500 SEK for a motorhome and two people. The pizza on site is decent. Recommended for visiting the town of Ystad.

The parking space is conveniently located just before Ystad. The sanitary facilities are clean, but the showers are very small. Showers cost 5SEK for 3 minutes and must be charged to a card. If you leave and still have a balance on the card, there is no refund, so it's better to top up intermittently. The train that occasionally passes by did not bother us. The pizzeria on-site makes the worst and most loveless pizza we've ever had.

The parking spaces are available in different sizes. By bike (about 10 minutes) or by bus, you can quickly get to Ystad. The beach is also accessible on foot with small children. A small shop and a pizzeria are located on the site. The washrooms are clean. You can purchase a card for the showers, which is charged every 3 minutes. Relatively loud, located between the main road and the train tracks.

Beautiful place friendly staff. Good location 3 minutes walk to the beach. Sanitary facilities always clean. As a stopover from/to the ferries Trelleborg very good.

We were there at the end of June 2023 with a tent for two nights. Very nice reception. Communication in English. Brochures in German. The location is great. Directly behind the dune by the sea. Several toilets and showers (6SEK) available. They were cleaned daily. Drinking water available everywhere. Would come back. Day trips towards Ystad and K0seberga.

Small but very pleasant place With the bike in 15 minutes to the center of Ystad - beautiful bike path Sanitary facilities - a bit aged but everything very clean. Reception very friendly.

We stayed at this campsite for two nights in mid-August 2022 before taking the ferry from Ystad back to Germany. For this purpose, the campsite was okay, but we wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. The site is bordered to the north by a railway track and to the south by a busy road, making it hard to find a spot without being disturbed by at least one of the two noise sources. Additionally, we had a spot close to the reception and the shop, which meant we also heard the quite a few guests arriving very late (up until after 10:30 PM), as well as the very loud ventilation from the shop. The central sanitary building has been expanded with a few new family bathrooms (shoes must only be removed here), the rest is quite old, but okay. Showers are not free. There is a kitchen with two stoves and various sinks. The shop has a fairly large selection of groceries, ice cream, and rolls, and there is also a pizzeria nearby. Up by the road (but fenced off) there is also a nice playground. The Wi-Fi is quite good. The fine white sandy beach is not far away, where you can swim nicely in the sea, or you can walk along the paved beach promenade. Additionally, you can take a trip to Ystad, with buses stopping directly in front of the campsite.
