There has been significant investment for the 2025 season. Now there is an outdoor water park for children and an infinity pool for adults. Plus renovations in the dining options. Nice. Along with this comes (of course) a price increase of >30% for 2026. And they haven't got the sanitary facilities under control: partially non-functional and dirty/overaged. For the money (and the stars), you would expect them not just to check in early in the morning. Actually, we wanted to book again for next year. Just like the last few years. Actually. We opted for another spot.

We are currently at the campsite, which is fundamentally very nicely laid out. There are plenty of amenities on the site. Here, there is indeed something for everyone. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are a disaster. The toilets are old, broken, dirty, and without light. At times there are still showers in a completely dilapidated state. We saw a cleaning team, but no improvement could be observed. In our opinion, this should not happen at any campsite, and certainly not at a 5-star site. We are actually wondering how the good reviews regarding the sanitary facilities came from the ADAC. Dogs are very welcome at the site, which is certainly not a given. Unfortunately, due to the lack of hygiene in the washrooms, we will not book another vacation here.

We were there for a long weekend with a dog. Overall, the site is in a good location and is beautifully landscaped. There are bathing facilities directly by the lake, and water sports enthusiasts will find what they are looking for here. Unfortunately, there is no direct access to the beach with a dog, as dogs are prohibited there. Therefore, we would not recommend the site for dog owners. Also, it is quite noisy at the site at night (party people). The cleanliness and facilities of the washrooms were mediocre. Overall, it is not at a 5-star level. The indoor pool and outdoor pool (if you can even call it that) are very small. The indoor pool only opens for a few hours a day and is not open continuously. Overall, I would say that the price/performance ratio does not add up here. I would also question a 5-star rating.

Camping is simply no longer taken seriously at the site. Cleanliness is continually declining, and there is almost everywhere a backlog of repairs. The area is now filled with chalets, and the view of the water is no longer available. The prices in the supermarket, in the restaurant, at the fries stand, and in the new restaurant Mio Mucho are really just a joke now. We used to eat there often, but out of principle and because of the completely inflated prices, we have stopped going. We are seasonal campers and this was our last visit. It's a shame since the kids grew up there and we have many acquaintances there, but everyone is leaving now. Only Gucci bags are left, and no Crocs anymore :-(

We had a place after the session in September and October, the sanitary facilities were always dirty, it smelled strongly of urine. The showers had no hand shower or temperature control, after 5 minutes it automatically turns off!!!! Unfortunately, the entire sanitary facilities were so poor that I would not want to go there anymore. The flushes were also always dirty. Now for the good part, great location, beautifully landscaped, perfect for cycling or boating. The price-performance ratio is completely wrong.

The location is great. Right by the water and dogs are allowed there, which is obviously a plus for dog owners.

I can't comprehend how this place can be rated with 5 stars: The sanitary facilities are dirty and only partially functional. The whole place looks shabby. Wi-Fi is paid (and horrendously expensive)! At night, no staff is present; if heavily intoxicated partygoers keep you awake with blaring music, you're just out of luck. It's nice that there is a marina (if you have a boat) or a pump track (if you ride BMX). Almost all other activities (sauna, arcade, etc.) are extra and the basics just don’t match the declared standard. The location, however, is really nice and the swimming stream is also fun. For that, there is one star.

We were guided by the many very good reviews of this campsite. As also trickles down in a few reviews, the conditions in the sanitary facilities are catastrophic. The toilets are full of urine and feces, I have only seen cleaning staff once. The showers are mostly not modernized and also very dirty. The sinks are totally contaminated/filled with food scraps, the water is only lukewarm. This has two reasons: 1) It is cleaned far too rarely or not at all for days. Staff should regularly check that everything is in order at the sanitary buildings. 2) The clientele is extremely questionable, because who leaves toilets and sinks in this condition? The campsite was 80% occupied by Dutch people in August. Mostly with children and especially teenagers who largely remained unsupervised and are partially responsible for this state. Even though the holiday park (especially the resort) is very nice with a pool, indoor pool, lake and restaurants, etc. we strongly advise against this campsite. The 5 stars were awarded by the ADAC based on the site as a whole. The sanitary facilities would receive a maximum of one star during an inspection!
