A super beautiful campsite ⛺ with a wonderful beach, and there are great shopping opportunities and activities on the site itself.

Very clean, with the right size of pitches for every need. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to leave the dog area. It’s really a shame, as this means we never actually go to the promenade since we can't leave our dog alone for too long. The walk from the dog area to there is quite lengthy. Additionally, it would be desirable to have a small shop in the dog area. Shopping often turns out to be heavier than planned and has to be hauled to the far corner of the campsite where the dog area is located. However, the offering for dogs is truly excellent, including a veterinarian, a dog pool, and exercise areas.

The pitches are spacious and well laid out! The concept is aimed at campers arriving in motorhomes or caravans who want to find clean sanitary facilities! Those coming for swimming will find only slides and one meter deep paddling pools on the grounds! Then there’s the sea, which greets daily from 4:00 PM with small waves (climate change). A 25 m or even 50 m pool is missing. With three slides, you have to pull yourself down with your hands. There isn't enough water as a lubricant! Parents looking to supervise preschool-aged children will find little shade in the water park facilities. It's best if the children are older than eight and can swim. However, those who still want to swim in peace can pay 16 € for a day pass to a 25 m lane! Water sports enthusiasts can even reserve slots for the two-lane wide pool! No towel reservations!

We really enjoyed our stay at Union Lido overall. The site is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of opportunities for families. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Great pitch, clean and of decent size.

However, it was somewhat disappointing that our 3-year-old son couldn't use most of the water slides. He was only allowed to use the baby slides, even though we felt that some of the larger slides would have been suitable for younger children when accompanied. That was a shame, as we had hoped for a bit more family-friendly options for toddlers. Nevertheless, we had a lovely holiday overall. Pitch/Rental accommodation: More places by the sea at family prices.

The beach is fantastic. There has been a reduction in service. Cleanliness in the sanitary area is lacking. The sinks are rusty and clogged, the toilets are clean but the entire area smells of sewage. This campsite does not deserve 5 stars. We have been coming for years, and every year there is more cutback on staff. We will not return.

Exclusion of dogs from the promenade. Dogs should be allowed there, as it is not nice to always have to leave the dog at the pitch. At least during the quieter travel periods. Pitch/Rental accommodation: A sign indicating where the path is impassable would be helpful.
