Central location, right by the riverbank, train station 10 minutes on foot, ideal for excursions in the area. A bit noisy during the day if you want to chill. Sanitary facilities far too few for the size of the site, resulting in very dirty conditions. Unfortunately, only Swiss power plugs for electricity (no CE), but adapters can be borrowed for a deposit. The circuit breaker is also a bit weak; using the kettle always tripped the breaker.

Camping is correctly located 10 minutes walk from the city center of Interlaken. Near a noisy highway bridge during the day and less noisy at night. Ridiculously small spot, poorly marked, causing the tents to be pitched straddling multiple spots. Another downside is that with every rain it floods up to 3 cm of water in places. The access paths are full of holes which turn into pools during rains. The rate is ultra expensive for the non-service provided in this camping. The sanitary facilities are brand new, unfortunately under-sized for the number of pitches. Moreover, drainage is blocked every other day in cramped showers that do not allow you to keep your belongings dry when you shower. The quality of reception varies greatly between the people present on the day. And last problem, wrong price displays for services like washing machine leading to charges of more than double with almost no possibility of being refunded.
