A top campsite, rarely have I found such a good and clean place, right by the lake. Very friendly staff and a well-stocked supermarket with a small fresh counter for sausage, meat, and bakery. The sanitary buildings are top clean, with even the option to empty chemical toilets with hot water available. Pet-friendly (though not allowed in the main season of July and August), electricity and fresh water available at standard pitches, both are of good quality: restaurant on site and restaurant 50m across the street. For this super clean place, we gladly pay around 55,-€/night (including 2 adults, 1 dog, electricity, water, tourist tax, environmental fee, Wi-Fi). Clear recommendation!

For Austrian standards, a modern campsite with beautiful sanitary facilities and plenty of activities for children. Gorgeous location by the lake; despite many guests, it didn't feel cramped.
There were a few points where the campsite was not fully ready for the season. The nearest bathroom was still closed, and some play equipment needed repairs.

This campsite unfortunately experiences constant noise disturbance due to numerous lawnmowers and trimmers, from morning till evening. We have never encountered such a situation at any other campground. There’s a buzzing and humming all day long. If they were electric, the noise level might be slightly reduced, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that garden maintenance is important; this noise all day long is quite unacceptable! As Reinhard Mey puts it: "some fool is always mowing somewhere." Those seeking tranquility will not find it here, although the site by the lake is lovely.

I spent a week of vacation without stress at a well-maintained site. Relaxing view of the lake and the surrounding nature. Campsite/Rental accommodation: Nice staff, hygienic and impeccable sanitary facilities, well-partitioned plots, bus stop on-site, the facility leaves a well-kept impression.
It would be beneficial to realize camper electricity supply at closer intervals. The supermarket is particularly overpriced, especially for bread and rolls. I only bought there once! The selection itself is good. There is a lack of a café or similar within walking distance. Campsite/Rental accommodation: The prices at the supermarket can certainly be high, but they need to be reasonable. Otherwise, you jump on your bicycle and ride 10 minutes to the next shopping opportunity. The beach café could provide some variety, as there are otherwise no opportunities within walking distance.

Set against a picturesque backdrop on the southern shore of Lake Ossiach, Seecamping Berghof boasts a warm atmosphere and a wide range of leisure activities for families with children. The adventure minigolf course, which was only established in 2018, the bathing beach and the colourful leisure programme for all age groups determine the varied offer on the camping site. Dogs are also welcome at Seecamping Berghof, with the exception of the peak summer season.
A restful night's sleep in the camper, being kissed awake by the sun and starting the day with a dip in the lake: this is what guests enjoy at Seecamping Berghof. The holiday resort in Villach, Austria, is open from April to October and welcomes families with children in particular. There is a varied entertainment programme on a regular basis, which mainly includes activities in the fresh air. There is also plenty of culinary delights to discover on the 16-hectare holiday site in the stand pavilion and restaurant. Holidaymakers can find everything they need for the fridge and larder in their motorhome or caravan in the well-stocked supermarket directly on the campsite. All 380 pitches at Seecamping Berghof are equipped with an electricity connection. Many of the 60 to 155 square metre pitches also have fresh water and waste water connections. It is only a few steps from your pitch to one of the five sanitary blocks. The children's washrooms have been designed with great attention to detail: Some of the toilets look like a royal throne. Wi-Fi is available throughout the site and can be used in your own campervan for a fee. If you would like to take your four-legged friend with you on holiday, you are very welcome except in the high season months of July and August.
If you really feel at home on the water, Seecamping Berghof is definitely the right place for you. Canoes, pedalos, sailing boats and surfboards can be hired directly on site. Beginners can be instructed in regular sailing and surfing courses. Camping guests can hire bicycles for a bike tour directly on the holiday site. One of the most popular tours leads around Lake Ossiach. After 28 kilometres, the tour is complete and an ice cream or snack awaits you at the beach pavilion as a reward. It is only 10 km to the centre of Villach. Visitors can learn interesting facts about regional history at the Villach City Museum. The vehicle museum presents gems worth seeing with more or less horsepower.
