Mjölknabbens Camping

The campsite is situated right in the middle of Åsnen National Park. At night, it is very quiet (there's hardly anything going on on the road). There is no playground, but the site is very popular with families. You can swim here, play at the small beach, go SUPing, canoeing, etc., and also fish. The entry to the lake is very shallow. Rowboats, canoes, and motorboats can be rented (the latter only weekly). There are rolls available at the reception. The café is highly recommended! The Sunnabron entrance to Åsnen National Park is accessible by bicycle. The pitches are relatively large, but may not be suitable for very long campers. The sanitary facilities are basic, but meet all needs. Cooking plates, ovens, washing machines, and dryers are available. All in all, a great spot with many options, including the option to do nothing.

Very nicely located site with a view of the lake from almost all pitches. Most pitches are flat. Electricity columns are not between two pitches but at central points. I needed my second cable for our dream pitch for the first time. The site is partially shaded by tall birches. Canoe rental on site. Fishing boats and fishing permits are available from the campsite manager. Facilities are not necessarily new, but very well-maintained and clean. Cozy little lounge and kitchen. The site is located on a road that is hardly used. Amy’s café is legendary. If one has not gained weight until now, it will happen here. The boss herself bakes here. Delicious traditional Swedish cakes and cookies. These are available in a kind of cookie and cake buffet to try out. Also, delicious coffee.
