Even if not everyone chooses the (wrong;)) access road through the forest, the campsite offers a great camping experience in the middle of nature. We are currently situated with a view of the lake, wonderfully quiet during the off-season. Swimming area and boat rental are top-notch. The (optional) rental houses also make a nice impression from the outside. I cannot confirm the sanitary issue (see 2022 review).

We have now been to this site for the second time and can only recommend it! Beautifully situated by the lake, the grounds are divided by rocks, hills, and trees, and the pitches are sufficiently large. Thus, you never get the feeling of being "packed in tight." The kitchen is new, equipped with 6 induction cooktops, ovens, microwaves, and 3 large refrigerators. The sanitary facilities are not the newest, but clean (which, of course, also depends on the users!). Toilets and washing facilities/showers are separated by a wall - we have experienced much worse at other sites. Taking a shower costs 5 crowns/3 minutes, which is also acceptable compared to other sites. The bathing area with the new bathing pier is great, even for small children. You can rent canoes and SUPs, and the surroundings invite you to hike. We met many campers who, like us, have been there several times and use the site as a starting point for touring the country. Our conclusion, after getting to know several sites this year: we liked Långasjöna’s the best! We will gladly return!

The dreamy location in the nature reserve and the well-kept grounds are good and beautiful. However, the quality and quantity of the sanitary facilities are extremely disappointing. Just three (!) showers per gender, with only one that has any shelf or hanging options, are absolutely incomprehensible and outdated. For this, a proud 5 crowns are charged for 3 minutes. In the “old” sanitary building, equipped with the rustic wooden ceiling charm of the 80s, there are only three toilets in a poor and unrenovated state. The men's section additionally has two urinals. In the “new” small sanitary building, there are two locked showers, which consequently cannot be used. Three “modern” unisex toilets are also available here. In total, there are 9 toilets, of which 3 are gender-specific in the “old” sanitary building. However, the problem does not lie solely in the lack of numbers; the absence of cleaning adds to it. Toilets smeared with excrement lead to some of the few toilets being unusable daily. These unhygienic conditions are not rectified for most of the day. Overflowing trash bins are still the lesser evil in this case. It is very unfortunate that this beautiful place is significantly losing quality because of this. Even though we really enjoyed the landscape by the lake, we will not return due to the poor sanitary conditions. My urgent advice to the operator: invest in the future and please provide adequate, sufficient, and clean sanitary facilities. Once this is accomplished, this place, with its extraordinary location in nature, would be an absolute insider tip.
