Positive: quiet place, generously laid out. Negative: no service, the bathroom is not cleaned until you leave. No water at the site, must be taken from the sanitary building. No bread delivery. Own hot water boiler in the bathroom, must be turned on in the morning (hopefully without Legionella....).
