Quiet, well-kept site, nice operators including staff. Restrooms very clean, showers recently included in the price. Roll service by bakery, you can order, but you can also go to the cart in the morning and choose from the abundant offerings. And the surroundings, of course, have a lot to offer, especially since the tourist tax includes free use of public transportation and discounts for various providers. We recommend: reserving. And always remember to wave back at fellow camper drivers.

Beautiful and well-kept facility near Quedlinburg

Park-like, well-maintained facility. Great price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, no electricity billing according to individual consumption. In times of energy transition, resource scarcity, and high energy prices, this would be timely. Sanitary facilities are simple but very clean. Quantitatively a bit tight during full occupancy, especially the individual washing cubicles. Handling the showerheads in the showers takes getting used to. No CamperClean. Small parking spaces. Buns from the baker available from 08:15 - 08:45 AM. No restaurant.

Space, staff, cleanliness all TOP - just please think about why showers are turned off at 10 PM and why there need to be access cards. We had technical problems with the motorhome - a "rescue chain" from the site to the specialized company was organized, problem solved within 2 days. What the site cannot be blamed for: Public transport including passenger/line information is not up to date. Why is there no regularly running city line, at least during the tourist season, to access the buses of other lines? Also, the quality of bike paths is poor, if they even exist. Why is there such a high tourist tax?

Good and appropriate for our purpose

As mentioned often - extremely clean place with very friendly staff. The registration was a bit cumbersome, first a parking lane at the edge of the site, then filling out forms.... Tourist tax - the site can’t help it - but at 3.- per day/person it is quite high. Electricity is a flat fee of 4.- euro....what we didn’t like was the fact that there is only one sanitary building right at the front including reception. During cleaning time, only one toilet is opened, where the ladies were queuing up. A small toilet/sanitary building at the other end of the site would be very pleasant, especially since everything is cramped together, pushing through one door: shower, toilet, and washbasin. The transponder card is relatively pointless since it only allows access to the 2 doors of the toilet (ladies and gents). They don’t have any more use - I don’t think there are many strangers who would use the sanitary facilities here without permission. At other sites, there is sometimes a public bike path that goes through the grounds, where it is understandable to lock the doors. Supply was okay - although the roll distribution times are only indicated from 8:15 - 8:45. Small items could also be obtained for breakfast. Otherwise no gastronomy, no further supply. All in all reasonable for the purpose of undertaking excursions, in our opinion there is enough worth seeing nearby: dripstone caves, DDR Museum, Harzdrenalin at the Rappbode Dam, etc....
