We had booked and paid for a non-electric pitch for one night on July 26, 2023, because all the pitches with electrical connections were occupied. 20 minutes later, we had to leave again because our refrigerator could not be set to gas, which we were not informed about beforehand. We were promised a refund for the overnight costs. Unfortunately, despite several emails, this has not happened to this day. So far, we have not experienced such dishonesty in Sweden. But obviously, the promise made by the staff only has the lifespan of a mayfly, or there is a dementia disorder present among the staff. Therefore, 1 star due to unjustified enrichment is overrated.

We visited the campsite at the end of July 2022 for two nights after crossing over to Ystad by ferry. The campsite is fundamentally alright, it is quiet, located in greenery, and very close to the beach. The RV sites with electricity are not super large (the grassy area without electricity looked nicer), there are too few toilets and dishwashing facilities (we often had to wait for both). The playground is quite good, although a bit too sunny, there is also mini-golf and a large chess set. However, the location is really nice. You are quite close to the beach, a little further there is a great swing right by the beach (probably homemade), you can walk further into the village of Kivik, where there is a supermarket and a lovely playground by the water, a fitness area, delicious restaurant (we had tasty fish and chips there), a few small food trucks, and ice cream stands. At the campsite, there is a small shop (in the reception) with some groceries, hygiene items, postcards, and fresh rolls (without pre-ordering). For us, the site was great for two nights in good weather.

Good for one or two nights. Sanitary facilities and space not very clean. Small playground and three minutes from the sea (10 minutes from a larger beach).

Quietly located site, the narrow sandy beach is about 3 minutes on foot. Sanitary facilities are fine. Stayed for only one night, longer would have been good too.
