You can look forward to a fantastic, approximately 40-metre long and 6-metre wide sandy beach right by the lake. There is a bathing jetty and a large sunbathing lawn, which is perfect for relaxing. Since the campsite is located directly by the water, you can enjoy swimming, splashing in the lake, or simply taking in the view.

On the 7.2-hectare site, you will find gently sloping meadow terrain divided by rows of trees. For holidaymakers, there are 85 pitches, 70 of which are parcelled (size approx. 80 to 100 square metres). The pitches for tourists are mostly on flat, treeless areas. For purists, there is also a separate tent meadow.

Yes, a real highlight is the location on the island of Ivö! Getting here is very straightforward via a free ferry. The ferry terminal and a public hiking trail border the campsite directly. In addition, the campsite offers its own small marina with a jetty, berths, and a boat slip – ideal for anyone who loves being out on the water.

Since prices vary depending on the season and the site is currently not directly bookable online via PiNCAMP, you should prepare for the following cost factors:

• Pitch fee for your car with caravan, motorhome, or tent
• Electricity connection (10-amp sockets on site)
• Dogs (dogs are very welcome, there is even a dedicated dog shower)
• Rentals (there are 20 rental accommodations, 2 of which have their own bathroom)
• Additional services such as washing machines, tumble dryers, or boat and bicycle hire

The journey is a little adventure in itself, but completely stress-free: you take a free ferry directly to the island of Ivö. Since the pitches for tourists are on flat meadow ground, standard pegs are usually perfectly adequate. If you are travelling with a car and caravan, the ferry crossing is also easily manageable.

You don't have to worry about hungry stomachs! Directly on the campsite, there is a cosy restaurant with a beautiful wooden veranda and lake views, as well as a practical grocery store for daily needs. If you prefer to cook for yourself, a covered cooking facility is at your disposal.
