Ideal for Beach and Chioggia Visit
Well-equipped, smaller campsite. Close to the beach (directly across the street) and Chioggia (15-20 minutes on foot). Clean sanitary facilities, some pitches with sunshade (depending on category).

Well-maintained small site
At the small Camping Village Adriatico, there are rather narrow plots under trees as well as somewhat larger ones that are partly shaded by tarps. The sanitary facilities are well-kept and clean; in the small pool, which requires swim caps and has a long lunch break, you can cool off. We were ther… More

Great place
Very well-maintained site. The reception was exceptionally friendly. You were shown to your spot and given instructions. The washrooms are very clean. The restaurant right at the campsite is excellent and the service is very friendly.

Good Place in Chioggia, not too big, but somewhat hectic
The campsite is well located if you want to take a walk to Chioggia (40 minutes) or go to the sea for swimming. In spring, the campsite is beautifully green, in autumn everything is covered with fine sand. The washhouses are quite old. There are several standing toilets, and few sitting toilets. The… More

Camping Village Adriatico is located between the magnificent Abruzzo Nature Park and the clear sea. The campsite is located in the picturesque town of Giulianova in the immediate vicinity of the dream beach.
The sound of the sea can be heard from many of the pitches at Camping Village Adriatico. They are equipped with water and electricity connections. Rental accommodation is an alternative to camping, with a choice of mobile homes, cottages and bungalows. A footpath and cycle path take you directly from the pitch to the beach. Holidaymakers can find refreshment not only by the sea, but also in the campsite's own pool. A water mushroom delights young guests. While children splash around carefree, parents can relax in the whirlpool. Sporty holidaymakers will also feel right at home at the campsite in Abruzzo. They can use the beach volleyball court, play football or test their accuracy at boccia. The entertainment programme is guaranteed to have something to suit every taste: The youngest children quickly make new friends at the children's club. Football and volleyball tournaments are also organised regularly. In the evening, the bar entices guests with various events. The campsite restaurant offers first-class cuisine. It spoils you with pizza and other Mediterranean dishes. After a delicious meal, holidaymakers can relax together in the TV room. Those who prefer to self-cater during their stay can buy groceries in the campsite's own supermarket.
Families love to spend their holidays on the beach in Abruzzo. Thanks to the excellent water quality, the coastline flies the Blue Flag. Palm trees and other Mediterranean plants line the promenade. Water sports enthusiasts take advantage of the ideal wind conditions for surfing and sailing. An insider tip for connoisseurs is the harbour: fishing boats come in right next to the sports harbour, where the fresh catch is sold directly from the cutter. A stroll through the harbour is also worthwhile because of the numerous impressive yachts moored here. On a tour of Giulianova, the cathedral catches the eye. It was built in the 16th century from brick, a rare material in Italy at the time. Anyone interested in the history of the holiday region will find fascinating information in the town museum. Ascoli Piceno, around 50 kilometres from the campsite, is a great day trip. Some of the buildings, such as the Ponte di Cecco and the Ponte Romano di Solestá, date back to Roman times. The past comes to life in Piazza del Popolo, which is decorated with light-coloured travertine stone. Many buildings, such as the Palazzo del Popolo or the Gothic-style church of San Francesco, are reminiscent of the Middle Ages. Camping Village Adriatico welcomes its guests just a stone's throw from the long sandy beach. With the outdoor pool, the campsite also offers cooling off directly on site. Guests also appreciate the varied entertainment programme for children and adults.
