Tobisviks Camping

We drove after the ferry crossing to Simrishamn and had a nice pitch with water and sewage connections. The site looked well-kept and the staff were very nice and friendly. The site is right on the Baltic Sea with a beautiful beach. There is a bread roll service with pre-ordering for the next morning. The sanitary facilities were always clean. When the site is full, the number of showers and toilets could be tight. We can recommend the site.

The proximity to the beautiful and very large sandy beach is actually what makes this campsite special, although you don't actually have to choose the slightly more expensive pitches near the beach, as you can get to the beach very quickly from all pitches. Otherwise, I didn't like the campsite because the pitches are rather lackluster and don't offer much space to the neighbors. Here too, the grass pitches are arranged a bit more nicely. There are definitely shortcomings regarding the card system for the showers; here you already have to say when checking in how many times you want to shower 🤦‍♂️ Unfortunately, the young girls at the reception are extremely attractive but hardly able to program the shower cards correctly. Then it happens that you can't access the toilet or can't continue showering because the number of booked shower sessions was programmed incorrectly.

For 53 € the night for a camper and 2 adults, I at least expected that the sanitary facilities were clean and available in sufficient number. Even the shower costs extra! The site is lacking in charm and not well maintained. One night was enough for us, we don’t need to come back again.

We were there for 3 days in September 2018 - everything was actually great. Nice large pitches, adequate and clean sanitary facilities. No animation nonsense (we can entertain ourselves), quiet at night. Nice little harbor town about 2 km away.

We were cycling to spontaneously spend Midsummer in Sweden. We hadn't booked anything in advance and of course found a fully booked campsite. However, since we were traveling with a small tent and bike, we were fortunately allowed entry after some inquiries. The site is very well equipped and ideally located: beach, restaurants, and the town of Simrishamn are within walking distance. Showers, toilets, and kitchens were clean and everything necessary was available. There is a kiosk on the site. A proper program was offered for Midsummer. An experience!

Very clean but large campsite directly by the dunes. Reasonable prices, and unfortunately, showering costs extra. The site is clean and offers all the necessary comforts. Prices vary depending on the size of the pitch. Nice: in the evenings, rabbits (bunnies that live in the dune) and hedgehogs (looking for food) come by the camper and are not disturbed. Beautiful sandy beach with little activity.
