Sanitary facilities really old. TV connection does not work. The sockets are ancient and totally rusty. Staff is unfriendly.

Unfortunately just a mobile home site with few pitches for campers
Very good8

We love this place, it is really wonderful. Here we have had great holidays and will continue to do so if possible. But it is actually no longer a campsite! About 75 pitches are still left from once many hundreds (the information on Pincamp and in the camping guide is no longer correct). Most of these are wonderfully shady under pine trees. The washrooms/sanitary facilities are fine, though a more thorough cleaning of the toilet cubicles could sometimes be beneficial. The mobile home vacationers also use the facilities actively, but the dishwashing sinks are hardly frequented due to the few campers. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, whether at the reception, in the bar and restaurant, or in the small but well-stocked supermarket. A hairdresser and a kiosk with a colorful range of magazines, tobacco products, clothing and a children's playground complete the offer. I cannot understand complaints about the lack of entertainment options; while we use none, the options are there. Those who want more, namely entertainment around the clock, are better served at the larger holiday facilities here in Cavallino and should spend their holiday there. The beach is great, whether for little ones or big ones; the children's playground is a little adventure world and really great. There is space reserved for football, volleyball, and boccia. So: It is nice here, but a campsite with rental accommodations has become a rental accommodation site with a few camping pitches. This is very regrettable at a time when camping is booming!

Everything is available, great for families and not too large

We are going to the site for the third time this year, again in a vacation bungalow. The facility is clean, perfectly located, clearly organized, friendly staff, short distances (1 minute to the pool, reception, washing machine or restaurant (grade 3), 2 minutes to the mini supermarket for essentials and rolls for breakfast, 3 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes for major shopping at Famila). With the kids, we go to the pool and then it's time to relax for the rest of the day. In the evening, we go to the beach bar and watch the kids in the kids club while enjoying a cocktail or dancing along.

Accommodation poor, no toilets at the beach or near the beach, for more expensive money you also have to clean yourself (final cleaning) At most a 3-star place, no bed linen changed in 14 days, no fresh towels. Accommodation outdated and run down.

We have been there three times. Clean, child-friendly, always an appealing partner. Not too big, beautiful beach. Everything in minutes reachable. We will come back.

This has been our favorite spot for years. We have been there with and without children and have always been very satisfied. Very clean, with activities for the children, great beach, nice accommodations, and important for us, not too big. We would love to come back.

It was a very clean facility with friendly staff. The guests were offered various amenities. The beach is just a few steps away. We will return to the same place next year. Highly recommended.

More info about Residence Village
Children's hearts beat faster at the sight of the huge adventure playground on the beach and the extensive bathing area: families in particular appreciate the advantages of the Residence Village campsite, which is picturesquely situated on the Adriatic Sea. Bathing and Italy fans will also get their money's worth at the campsite not far from the Venice lagoon.
4.5-star campsite in a sparse pine forest
The upmarket Residence Village campsite is located in the east of the popular municipality of Cavallino-Treporti. The friendly campsite staff, the harmonious atmosphere among the guests and the quiet location contribute to a successful individual holiday on Italy's Adriatic coast. On the 9-hectare site with numerous pitches, which are divided into three different categories, caravan and motorhome owners can easily find a suitable pitch with electricity and TV connections as well as connections for fresh water and waste water. Thanks to the many pine trees, there are numerous pleasantly shady pitches. Other amenities at the Residence Village campsite include washing machines, tumble dryers and Wi-Fi on part of the site. Guests can enjoy plenty of sunshine on the beach and around the large pool area. One of the pools is reserved for the youngest children, the second large pool offers variety for older children and adults and the third pool offers pure relaxation. Parents can take a break while children aged four to eight are entertained in the morning at the mini club. In the afternoon, the Maxiclub offers an entertainment programme for all 9 to 13-year-olds. Teenagers and adults can choose from various activities such as surfing and canoeing or round off the evening with an (alcohol-free) cocktail at the bar.
Whether amusement parks or Venice: attractive excursion destinations nearby
Thanks to the bus stop, which is just a few steps away from the Residence Village campsite, you can easily explore the region by public transport. Cycling is also a popular means of transport, for example to visit the "Aqualandia" water park, which is located just 5 km east of the campsite. The "SEA LIFE Aquarium" in Lido di Jesolo can also be reached by bike. In addition to the numerous pools for the local underwater world, it houses a glass tunnel where visitors can linger in peace and quiet and marvel at the 300 or so different animal species that pass over their heads. The small town of Punta Sabbioni is located around 13 kilometres northwest of the Residence Village campsite. From the harbour here, ferries and excursion boats leave for San Marco, the fascinating old town of Venice.
