Camping Oranjezon

Decentralized, quiet spot in the middle of the Oranjezon nature reserve. Sanitary facilities are excellent - even in high season, we had nothing to complain about. The washing machines and dryers are also great and can easily be paid for with a card. By bike, you can quickly get to the nearest village for shopping. The snack bar and minimarket are very good - especially the fresh rolls in the morning! Typical Netherlands - family and dog friendly. This place is on our program at least once every year.

We found this site via the internet. At first, we were a bit skeptical about the overall size. Because the pitch areas (8 - 10 pitches) are separated by high hedges, we really felt at home. The site is very clean and well-kept. Sanitary facilities are top-notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not visit the restaurant. The beach is easily reachable on foot and is beautiful. The beach bar is recommended. We will come back!!!!

Great place, nicely partitioned pitches (6-8 pitches within a hedge), great staff, swimming pool and well-stocked shop, also a restaurant (but we didn't visit it). Dreamy surroundings with many beautiful spots, the way to the beach might be a bit far (about 10 min.), but through the nature reserve. Sanitary facilities are cleaned constantly and everything is modern. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Infrastructure at the pitch with fresh water, electricity, and sewage disposal. Restaurant available (not visited), snack bar available (tasty), small supermarket with the essentials, roll service available (not used) WiFi included in the price and quite stable. Footpath to the beach (about 10 minutes) as is common in the Netherlands, great cycling paths in the area. Sanitary facilities clean and good (nothing fancy in design) but super clean. Maybe there is a lack of soap at the sink. Pool and plenty of play areas for children.

We have been coming to Oranjezon for 17 years now, partly twice a year, and are still fascinated by the tranquility that reigns on the site at night. The beach is clean, huge, and not overcrowded like many other places in Holland. The Aloha Beach Bar by the beach is a must during every stay. The sanitary facilities on the site are always clean, showers included in the price, and 10 Ampere electricity is completely sufficient - also included. There are enough washrooms available, and a dog shower as well. The small supermarket in the area is perfectly fine, fresh rolls are always available in the morning, restaurant, snack bar - everything is there. In short distance, there is another restaurant; otherwise, it's a 7 km bike ride past the dunes to Domburg, where restaurants are in abundance. Spanish and Italian restaurants are directly on the site and are highly recommended. In Oostkapelle - about 3 km away, there is also a larger supermarket that is easily accessible by bike.

Beautiful family campsite in a quiet location. Since you have to walk 15 minutes to the beach, it is never overcrowded. Still close to all the hotspots.
