Overbooked site. No pitch despite confirmed reservation

Just because you have a reservation doesn't mean you'll get a spot.🤬 Our reservation was confirmed by email, yet we were parked for the entire stay in the turnaround of the campsite. "There was nothing else available." Still, we had to pay the full amount.🤬 The two sanitary facilities are one an "old Galileo lost Places" construction and the other permanently installed building containers. Never toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. Cleanliness.....😵💫 Lots of cobwebs though. One wonders why the ADAC/Pincamp even lists such a disgraceful spot. To conclude on a positive note: In the mornings, fresh baguettes and croissants are sold from the trunk of a Dacia. These are really delicious and cheap. Additionally, it takes just a few minutes on foot to get to the town. Opposite, parallel to the street, is a parking lot. There are regularly a few campers parked there who are self-sufficient. Perhaps a sensible alternative...

Good parking spaces. Sufficiently large. Some trees. Very good location. Center can be quickly reached on foot or by bicycle. Short distances. But the sanitary facilities really need to be renovated. Reception seemed annoyed.
