Meadow area divided by the public access road to the beach, structured by mid-height rows of deciduous trees and low wild rose hedges. Several raised beds in the entrance area.
Access to water
Behind a dune, a approximately 600 m long and 13-17 m wide sandy beach with some groynes and a 30 m long wooden pier as well as 6 beach accesses. Separate beach section for guests with dogs.

Good Campsite
Campsite good, restaurant available, small shop available, sanitary facilities not the newest but very clean You must book at least 3 days in advance. Pure motorhome spots/ Bulli spots just sufficient

Miramar, pure relaxation
Very nice, well-maintained place with always friendly staff. Good hiking opportunities with dogs, also as day trips. Sufficient selection in the minishop, especially recommended are the cheese cart and the fishmonger with totally delicious offerings.

Overall a highly recommended place at the south beach of the wonderful holiday island with a beautiful view of the Fehmarn Sound Bridge. Great campsite with potential for longing - which is why we are going back there in May 2024. The view of the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, Fehmarn in general, the love for dogs, great staff, everything orderly and clean, daily some "roaming vendor", great walking paths, community bus, etc.
The only criticism is directed at the restaurant Globetrotter: As a vegan option, I could only eat a salad, and Mondays are a day off (which I find unnecessary for the only restaurant on the premises).

Right on the kilometre-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn, Camping Miramar invites you to enjoy a carefree stay in the fresh sea air. The pitches on the approximately 5-hectare site offer electricity, fresh water and waste water connections and, with an area of between 90 and 130 square metres, plenty of space. If you would like to self-cater during your holiday at the Baltic Sea, you will find numerous ingredients in the self-service market. Guests are also welcome to pick up fresh bread rolls for breakfast there. The "Globetrotter" restaurant serves fish and grilled specialities. "Nora's Beachbar" invites you to round off the perfect day on holiday with a cocktail. The multi-faceted leisure programme at Camping Miramar is impressive.
