Camping Les Medes

Les Medes is a campsite without mobile homes. The pitches are separated, not huge, but absolutely sufficient. Water and electricity connection (CEE) are immediately available at the pitches, and electricity is switched on by the reception. The height at the pitches is limited by numerous trees. In the morning, there are fresh & fine baked goods at a fair price. The restaurant offers a clear menu with very fair prices and good quality. In the low season, both sanitary buildings are heated, hot (!) water from 'normal' taps, which is very pleasant when showering. Toilets with lids & toilet paper. The chemical toilet disposal is among the best we have ever encountered. The surroundings are rural, and the sea/beach is about 1 km away on foot. Attention for caravan towers: The speed brakes around the campsite are extremely high/steep!

Great place for not too tall vehicles, very friendly staff, 15 minutes walk to wide sandy beach, 30 to the attractive town, many large plots, new clean sanitary buildings, dogs allowed, heated swimming pool, simple but good and affordable dining.

Very friendly staff, clean sanitary facilities, good restaurant, nice pool, small kiosk with everything you might have forgotten. Places are sufficiently large, sometimes difficult to access due to tree growth. At the site water, electricity 6 amp., wastewater. Biking is quite possible, Estartit is about 1.5 km away. Food is available within 1 to 1.5 km. Dogs allowed, WLAN for a fee, site open all year round. Worth booking!

The campsite is located on the outskirts in the midst of fields and a nature reserve, which limits the development of the coast in L'Estartit. The surroundings offer many hiking and cycling opportunities. The pitches are relatively small, but with our 7.50m motorhome it was not a problem to find a suitable spot. However, the access roads are very narrow, which could potentially be problematic when fully occupied. The entire facility is well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are clean, good, and renovated. Bread is available at the small grocery store, where you can also get the essentials. A supermarket is accessible in 2 km via a good bike/walking path. There is a pool and a swimming pool, which we did not use. Lovely atmosphere at the campsite; everything we need is there!

Nice campsite with partially very narrow access roads due to tree cover and also tight pitches. The wash facilities were very clean, and the staff were really friendly. The only downside was the power supply (6 A), which I found outdated and not worthy of a 5-star rating.

Very beautifully laid out campsite, clean and well-maintained. The staff was always very helpful and the animation team took great care of the children. We would definitely go back anytime.

Friendly reception also in German. Nice pool and indoor pool. Spots available lengthwise and crosswise. Easily accessible and divided into sections. Partially separated by hedges. Beach reachable in 15 minutes on foot. Long sandy beach. Dog-friendly.
