Clean and lovingly maintained campsite. Very friendly reception although we arrived late. Unfortunately, we were just passing through. This site is highly recommended. Top clean sanitary facilities. Very commendable.

No animation for adults, but suitable for children, playground etc. The beach is accessible over the dune and the bike path (be careful!). The pitches are sufficiently large, partly paved, and have a sewage connection. The toilets and showers are always very clean. The access roads are all paved, a bit narrow in some curves. Service and friendliness at the reception are top-notch. Buns are available at the neighboring campsite, everything else can be quickly reached by bike in Zoutelande. The beach is not overcrowded, and you can eat well at the beach pavilion Neptunus. No fries stand - prices like at home and good. We have been coming back here happily since 2013. The site is in high demand, so book in advance through the website. There is no booking system. We are happy to give it 5 stars.

The sanitary facilities are very clean. The lawn is also very well-kept in October. Unfortunately, there is no separation/hedge between the pitches. You have to like this, especially your neighbors. The site is very nicely located behind the dune. It would be nice if the yellow-blue design were modernized. We felt very comfortable at the site.

We (64/62) have been regularly coming to our "Han" for more than 10 years at Pentecost (not in 2021 due to COVID). The manager of the facility, who maintains the place with his family and regular staff, keeps everything in top shape. Whether it is the sanitary facilities or the lawn - everything is perfect and very well maintained - we always feel like "at home" because the many other regular campers, including many Dutch people, create a feeling of being welcome. It's nice that the ice cream man and a fresh fish cart visit the site once a week, and fresh rolls/pastries can be found just 2 minutes away between the two campgrounds every morning - larger shopping can be done at JUMBO about a 20-minute walk away. The cycling path directly adjacent to the campground leads to Zoutelande or Westkapelle. The staircase to the dune, with its 96 steps and 98 down, is a real challenge - but the beach and the beach pavilion Neptunus make up for it. Anyone looking for a cozy and friendly campground will find it here - however, early or timely booking is strongly recommended. Those who do not want to ride a bike can use the bus right at the entrance to the campground - perfect.

With a natural location just a short distance from the dunes and quick access to the beach and sea, Camping Janse is an ideal nature holiday destination. The child-friendly atmosphere and comfortable facilities ensure an unforgettable relaxing holiday for the whole family.
The campsite covers an area of around 2.5 hectares with a total of 134 parcelled-out pitches for holidaymakers. The pitches are between 50 and 95 m² in size and are partly separated by hedges. Other services include TV connection, electricity and water connection, free Wi-Fi in all areas, heated sanitary facilities and laundry facilities. In terms of leisure activities for children, there is a playground and regular entertainment programmes during the high season. There is also an indoor area with toys. However, the directly accessible beach with its fine sand is one of the highlights for young and old alike. On warm days, it's worth taking a dip in the cool water or a long walk along the picturesque coastline. The campsite is located at a junction for cycle paths, meaning that excursions by bike are also a popular leisure activity. Alternatively, the region is also ideal for extensive hiking tours, fishing in the North Sea or horse riding. In the nearby village of Zoutelande, guests can learn more about the cosiness of the region and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. The regional capital Middelburg is only about 12 kilometres away and boasts over 1,000 monuments and characteristic gabled houses.
