Close to Heidelberg, easily accessible by bike. Very nicely situated by the Neckar. Friendly staff and good, clean sanitary facilities. Bread roll service is available. Campsites by the Neckar are quite small/narrow. Only 2 showers available. Street noise is clearly audible but not really disturbing. It's a place to stay for visiting HD.

Good access to Heidelberg, even by bike. Otherwise, not recommendable. Behind the campsite is the federal highway and on the other side of the Neckar a country road. It’s unbelievably noisy. The campsite is overpriced and pretty adventurous. Very old, tiny showers. Everything is very basic. It’s best to get fresh water in the disposal area. Nothing to make you feel at ease. Just enough for a stopover.

A well-maintained small campsite by the Neckar with very friendly staff. There is a bike path that goes directly to the Old Town, a bus stop in front of the entrance, and a supermarket with a bakery across the street. We stayed there for 4 days and it was truly relaxing.

Very nice location right on the Neckar, ideal for a city trip to Heidelberg. Very friendly and professional operators. The facility is overall well-maintained with a relaxing atmosphere. Supermarket and bus stop within walking distance. Dog-friendly and sufficiently large parking spaces for RVs. The street is only a bit disruptive during rush hour. Since we had just come from France, we were very pleased with the amenities in the toilets and showers. We would be happy to come back!
