Camping Europa (Bardolino)

Really great campsite, very centrally located. Although on the road, I didn’t find it disturbing. No dogs allowed. Distance to the sanitary facilities may be a bit further, but okay, everything is mega clean, super friendly staff, good restaurant.

We were there for a week in the fall, and the site was fully booked. The pitches were sufficiently sized for us, and the shower and toilet facilities were spacious and modern. Right on the promenade and quickly accessible on foot in the center. Nothing special is offered otherwise, but we didn't want that either. It’s just a regular campsite without animation, pool, action - exactly what we wanted! However, what would definitely prevent us from coming back is the location right on the Gardesana. The first rows of pitches directly on the street are incredibly loud, which disturbed us a lot and has nothing to do with relaxation. Fortunately, after a sleepless night, we were able to change pitches, and a bit further towards the lake it was significantly better, but still too loud to feel truly comfortable. Otherwise, really everything was good!

Many toilets, very clean but with low occupancy. Toilets and showers with large air intakes. In cool weather, it is unpleasantly drafty. Very good pizza right at the campsite! Somewhat weak power supply.

The owner allowed an online booking, which most operators in Bardolino did not offer this year. Very friendly German-speaking reception. We wanted to stay a few nights. It turned into 5 weeks! The modern toilets were well maintained and regularly cleaned by very friendly staff! The restaurant offered very delicious pizza. The pitch was sufficient for our motorhome with a length of 7.30 m. The pitches are very close together. The spots by the street are relatively noisy. The closer you get to the lake, the quieter it becomes. With the direct lakeside location and the private jetty, everything was perfect! A supermarket across the street, just 50 m away, was simply perfect! We will come back!

Super central, clean spot, the parking spaces by the road are a bit hard to get used to, too small for today’s camper vans, and restless due to nightly "street races". The staff is very friendly, but they do not prevent the disposal of bottles and such at inappropriate times. The Lake Garda is still worth a visit, even though restaurant prices are slowly becoming intolerable, especially when converted to DM...

The staff and the restaurant are great and the campsite is located right by the lake and directly on the promenade. It's very nicely situated centrally to the old town and the harbor area. View to the lake is relatively obstructed by the rental cabins.

Friendly reception, nice large parking spaces. Sufficient sanitary facilities, always super clean and well-maintained. Direct access to the lake. Small restaurant on site. City center and shopping options within walking distance. For those without mobility, small nice bungalows are available for rent.

This is a regular campsite. No swimming pool, no animation, just a campsite. The way to town is short and pleasant along the promenade. Overall a relaxed place.
