Camping Am Dreetzsee

Unfriendly reception by Mrs. Döhring, right at the start a list of prohibitions. Waste can only be disposed of in the issued bags – very impractical for campers. Dogs are unwelcome, not even the visit of a friend with a dog in the bungalow is allowed. Toilet disposal is only possible via 2-3 CamperClean machines, each night you must get a new sticker at the reception. Campsites cannot be freely chosen, everything is strictly controlled. After a critical conversation, Mr. Döhring angrily drove around our camper with his lawn tractor for over 30 minutes – unpleasant and childish. Mobile reception on the site is hardly available, WiFi is only 300 MB per day – absolutely outdated. The lake looks idyllic, but there are no fish, even though fishing permits are sold. The rented boat was also leaking, yet 15 € per day was charged. Conclusion: Not recommended.

We appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the entire team. Everything is top clean and well organized. We come here every year and are always excited. Of course also about the beautiful nature here in the area.

A super campsite. We've been here several times and will come back again. The staff are all friendly, and help is always provided at the reception. The toilets and showers are always clean. There’s a small shop and a restaurant available on the grounds. So everything you need is there. And even with small children, you feel welcome in the off-season and not like a nuisance 😄

A very beautiful and quiet place, very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff

The campsite is as described. The staff are super friendly. They make many things possible upon request. The area is very suitable for walking in the forests.

The site is like this, unfortunately spaces are doubly rented and plots are not adhered to, this does not bother the caretaker at all. Just an outrage!!! One has to stand in the construction site because others occupy 2 plots and then someone is placed on the rented space, so double leasing.

Very beautiful campsite with friendly operators. Located directly by Dreetz Lake with a beach and boat rental. The sanitary facilities were clean and well-maintained. Would come back again.

We spent 10 days with our children (3+5) at the site. We really enjoyed it despite the modest weather. There are enough sanitary facilities that are always clean. The staff and the operators are very friendly and take the time if there are any problems or questions. There are nice events for children. Great as a starting point for kayaking, biking, or hiking tours. We felt very comfortable.
