Flying high with glamping in Tyrol

If you decide to go glamping in Tyrol, you will find yourself in a fascinating mountain world. The aromatic mountain air and the chirping of birds will wake holidaymakers up in their luxurious rental accommodation.

The rental accommodation is spread across the most beautiful regions in Tyrol. Camping by a lake is ideal for a summer holiday: Lake Natterersee, for example, offers swimming fun with water temperatures of up to 25 degrees in summer. Or how about renting accommodation in the romantic Ötztal valley? Peaks up to 3,768 metres high line the 65 km long valley. Hikes and mountain bike tours through the unique landscape are some of the highlights of the holiday programme. A 1,400 km network of hiking trails attracts outdoor fans to the Zillertal. From the rental accommodation, you can take the mountain railway to lofty heights in comfort. The impressive Hintertux Glacier towers up at the end of the valley.

Glamping in Tyrol also has a lot to offer in winter: From many rental accommodations, you can head straight to the piste or a free ski bus is waiting outside the campsite entrance. Whether on the Arlberg in the west, in the renowned ski resort of Kitzbühel or in the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, cross-country skiers also get their money's worth. Rustic huts invite you to recharge your batteries at any time of year. Tiroler Gröstl, Kaspressknödelsuppe and fluffy Kaiserschmarrn are just some of the regional specialities.
