Ylserød Camping

At the campsite, you have a great choice: you can cool off in the large outdoor pool directly on-site or take a trip to the nearby sea to swim in the saltwater. There are also lovely lounging areas by the pool for relaxing.

The site offers a total of 300 pitches for holidaymakers, 150 of which are parcellated. Many of these have practical freshwater and wastewater connections as well as 10 to 16-amp power outlets. If you travel without your own caravan, there are 17 cosy rentals available, all of which have their own bathroom.

Absolutely, the site is especially geared towards children under 12. Your kids can let off steam on the playground, try archery, or play on the multi-sports field. There is also a dedicated children's sanitary area and a baby changing room, making family life much easier.

Since prices vary depending on the season and accommodation, you should check them beforehand. The following cost factors apply:

• Pitch fee for caravans, motorhomes, or tents
• Electricity (10 to 16-amp connections available)
• Dogs (dogs are allowed on-site, fees may apply)
• Payment methods: You can pay in cash, or with Maestro, Mastercard, or Visa. An ADAC Campcard is currently not supported.

Getting here is very relaxed, as it is a campsite close to the highway near the town of Strömstad. You can easily reach the site even with a larger car with a caravan. At reception, you will be warmly welcomed in German or English.

You don't have to leave the campsite to enjoy a good meal. There is a cosy restaurant directly on-site as well as a snack bar for a quick bite. For small items, snacks, or ice cream, a kiosk is also at your disposal.
