Simple affordable campsite without fancy frills

Friendly staff, nicely located. Without much frills. Somewhat older but clean and functional.

We were welcomed very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well-kept, the prices are reasonable.

Green space, great lawn, spacious. Top clean sanitary facilities, showers without tokens or euro coins, with handheld shower! Very nice management!

Very nice, well-kept place for campers who are not looking for anything extraordinary. Large plots that are nicely shaded by tall trees. Cycling and hiking paths border the campground. Short distance to the spa town of Bad Zwesten with all shops and good restaurants. The campground has a pool, playground, soccer, and basketball court. The Schwalm river runs directly by the campground and can be navigated with SUP and kayaks when there is enough water. Sanitary facilities are simple but very clean. The campground belongs to a camping club, whose members lovingly maintain and manage it. The restaurant also serves good food. Edersee and Singlissersee can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes. A place for campers, not for all glamper.

Received incorrect information regarding the Corona rapid test over the phone, which caused me to sleep on the street for the night. Poor internal communication.

Wonderful park-like campground with large pitches where everyone can find their spot. The restaurant is open Friday to Sunday. Delightful menu that is also fulfilled.

Quiet place, directly at the edge of the forest and the Schwalm. Spacious sites. Clean sanitary facilities. Washing houses. Children's bathtub. Accessible sanitary facilities. Ideal also for larger groups. Especially suitable for accompanying persons who are undergoing treatment in the local clinics.
