Poor service! We had booked a campsite for mid-August and had already requested a cancellation in mid-July, which, according to the website, should be possible up to 7 days before the stay. Apart from an automated email response, nothing happened, and further inquiries remained unanswered. On the day of the booked stay, an automated welcome SMS was received. Unfortunately, the money is gone.
