Strandcamping Brückler Nord

Beautiful campsite... right by the lake. Very dog-friendly! The sanitary facilities are aging... But very clean! Big thumbs up!!! The downside: there is almost day and night very heavy traffic in and out... many cars, with playing toddlers... dogs... and cyclists in between. Great access to supermarket, bank, restaurant.

The small cozy camping site is located directly at Lake Keutschach with free choice of site. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and helpfulness of the operator, Mr. Seger. The sanitary facilities are somewhat older but clean. Freshwater access, gray and black water disposal is only available at the sanitary building. The path to the sporadically placed power boxes can become very long. Right opposite, there is a medium-sized supermarket that is also open on Sundays and public holidays. What we did not like was, on the one hand, the heavily trafficked road next to the site during the day and, on the other hand, the long-term campers, who are closely packed together, blocking both access and any view of the lake.

Those seeking tranquility will find themselves well accommodated at this small yet idyllic campsite. Located directly by one of the warmest lakes in Austria, this site may not offer much but is sufficient for every need. (Supermarket 5 minutes on foot, bakery on site). Central proximity to Lake Wörthersee (10 minutes by car)
