Beware when booking online. We booked 3 nights with a camper there. Due to a vehicle defect, we unfortunately could not keep the booked appointment. 2 days before the booked date, we canceled because the vehicle repair took 1 week. 1 week later, we received an email invoice for our no-show of 41.60 euros, which ended up in our spam folder. Unbeknownst to us, 1 month later, we received a letter from a collection agency demanding payment of 75.66 euros. These are outrageous business practices; do they really need to rob guests of their money? We will never go back to these money-grabbers. Unfortunately, we must say that it probably states in the 'fine print' that a fee must be paid for no-shows.
