Sorsele Camping

The campsite is located on an idyllic peninsula in the Vindelälven River, which is dammed here like a lake. You can expect a cosy grassy area with some trees at the edge. There are 45 pitches for holidaymakers, 30 of which are individually marked. All have a 10 to 16-amp electricity connection.

You can swim directly in the river or use the adjacent swimming pond. If you want to warm up after an active day, the campsite has its own sauna. For cooler days, there is also an indoor pool just 800 metres away.

Yes, if you arrive without your own camping vehicle, the site offers 28 rental accommodations. Of these, 10 rentals are equipped with their own bathroom, while 18 cosy rentals do without sanitary facilities. There is also a hostel near the reception.

Absolutely, the site is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. A cross-country ski trail starts just 100 metres away and the nearest ski lift is 14 kilometres away. Since the campsite is close to the highway, arriving by car with a caravan is straightforward even in the cold season.

For your breakfast, there is a practical bread roll service directly on the campsite. A grocery store and a supermarket are just 200 metres away in the town of Sorsele. If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a restaurant about 800 metres away.

You won't get bored here! The site offers boat hire for boating enthusiasts, bicycle hire, minigolf and a tennis court. For children, there is a playground and a baby changing room. You can also take riding lessons or guided rides 20 kilometres away.
