Site
Long, flat grassy area with bushes and hedges. Separate RV area with its own access road integrated into the center of the site. On the outskirts of town. Positioned between the road and a concrete factory (noise barrier) on one side and the lake on the other.
Access to water
About 200 m long and 10 m wide gravel beach with patches of grass, featuring a small bathing jetty. Adjacent sunbathing lawn.

No recommendation/Price performance is not right
A place with direct access to the sea would be great. The staff is friendly and helpful. But otherwise, the camping site offers nothing. An old concrete factory right next door (not a nice sight). Noise from the concrete factory starting at 7 AM Relatively small plots, size similar to a camper parking space - uncut. Showers are outdated. Rare cleaning. Chip deposit of 20€. Disappointing despite beautiful location

Beautiful Lake, but Not a Beautiful Place
The plus point of the site is clearly the access to the unspoiled lake with a sunbathing area. Otherwise, the site doesn't have much to offer. Seencamping Krauchenwies will delight you with its marvellous pebble beach on the private Ablacher See lake. Children can splash around here when they're not having fun in the large playground. Various sports fields and a cosy recreation room round off the facilities at the campsite, which is located in a nature reserve.
Campsite right on the lake
Seencamping Krauchenwies is located directly on the shore of Ablacher See. A large number of pitches in the midst of unspoilt nature invite you to recharge your batteries during your camping holiday. The pitches are equipped with electricity and some also have a water connection. Guests can use WLAN for an extra charge. Long-term guests are welcome to use the modern tumble dryers and washing machines in the well-kept sanitary building. At weekends and in summer, guests can request a bread roll service with breakfast ingredients. There is also a shop on the campsite where holidaymakers can buy snacks, drinks, coffee, ice cream and camping accessories.
Exclusive bathing fun awaits guests at Seencamping Krauchenwies, as the 19-hectare Ablacher See lake is privately owned. Here you can swim in the middle of the nature reserve and enjoy the view of the surrounding forests. Use of the well-maintained pebble beach and the jetty is reserved exclusively for holidaymakers staying at the campsite. It is also possible to purchase a fishing licence. The youngest campers will find slides, seesaws and climbing frames in the large playground. A boules court, beach volleyball, football and basketball courts also provide variety. A popular meeting place is the cosy lounge, where there is a TV and a children's play corner.
