Good location, friendly staff, ideal base for hiking and cycling, lake very beautiful with well-maintained lawns, restaurant selection limited but good value for money. Sanitary facilities are older but clean and functional. Electric meters that require coins are impractical.

The staff in this restaurant is unmatched in rudeness and unprofessionalism. As a guest, you feel unwelcome and like a burden from the first second. The owner audibly gossips about the guests and is constantly annoyed. Several dogs are in the restaurant and are petted and carried by the staff, and right after that, the food is served. Right in front of the terrace door, the staff smoke, causing the smoke to enter the dining area. The washrooms are very outdated and unkempt. The rooms have been painted over, making the condition seem even worse. Even at the campsite, you do not feel welcome but like a necessary evil. A plus point would be the camping butler for emptying the toilet cassettes. However, this is constantly broken and closed.

Very expensive, outdated and the staff is unprofessional and unfriendly

Sanitary facilities are cleaned daily and thoroughly. The facilities themselves are outdated, and the renovations are quite noticeable and unprofessional. Hot water with high pressure and no restrictions, sometimes even with shower heads and hand showers. The staff for greeting are very friendly, but the overall impression was mixed. We didn't really feel at home or warm there. The plots for day guests (tourists as opposed to permanent campers) are poorly designed for a caravan with a towing vehicle. In heavy rain, the area floods. The paths become slippery and dangerous. The permanent campers are a tight-knit community, and we found no connection.

The new operators welcome you quite brusquely right away. They made us feel like we were actually a nuisance. We were not welcomed in the restaurant either. We were a small group aged 6 to 90 years. And yes, we sat together in the evenings and talked. But we disturbed neither the long-term campers nor other guests. At 9:50 PM the operator came and asked us if we hadn’t understood? Outrageous. The quiet hours starting at 10 PM are completely exaggerated. Showers are included in the price. The trampoline for children must be paid for. If you don’t put in money, an alarm goes off immediately. The electricity consumption is noticeably higher than in other places. This was the case for everyone in our group. Showers and toilets are rundown. Too bad, one can still see that this used to be a beautiful place.

Very nicely located site, right on the Danube bike path, with free access to the swimming lake! Mostly long-term campers, vacationers only in the front area, on relatively small plots, but good enough for a 7 m motorhome. Sanitary facilities and showers are very well maintained and always clean, with no extra costs, shower tokens, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful! Big downside: Poor internet available only for a fee!!! Completely incomprehensible in today's time! Therefore, insufficient and point deduction!

Beautiful campsite with a great lake (which we unfortunately couldn't use at all due to the bad weather). Very nice operators! The restaurant has delicious dishes, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The sanitary facilities are somewhat outdated, but have always been clean. The playground is a bit meager, but there is a great entertainment program for the kids.

I cannot understand the good reviews. The campsite is outdated and dirty. The toilets were always very dirty and there is a lot of mold in the shower stalls. Those who want to sleep at 10 PM are in the right place. The campsite owner does not want anyone sitting outside after 10 PM. More of a care home than a campsite. Children are not really welcome. Never again.
