We had a dream vacation! Aside from the flies that were unpleasant and the long evenings outside that we missed, everything was perfect! Super nice staff, especially in the shop, the caretaker was very friendly, the check-in was very helpful, plenty of space, great sanitation, great offer in the store, plenty of space by the lake, everything very uncomplicated, beautiful area, great bike paths, wonderful sunsets. I will miss it, I will come back! Thank you!

We chose this place spontaneously and about 400 km before arrival we called to see if there was still capacity, we were told very kindly to come on over. When we asked how late we could show up, we were told until 7 PM... it could get tight. No problem, if it gets later just call because we can handle it as well. Great 👌 Price-wise, everything was reasonable and uncomplicated. Electricity and showers included in a flat rate. No fuss or tricks with readings and the like. Upon arrival, everything went very friendly and smoothly. We like that. We got a pitch by the lake and could set up there in peace. Super place. Exploration tour, first something to eat. There is a small restaurant on site. Also good home-style cooking there and excellent quality in our eyes. We went there several times. The sanitary facilities were quite new and always clean. In the small shop, there is everything you need at reasonable prices. We wanted to move on to Denmark after 2 days, but due to the weather there according to the app and the extension of the tightened border controls, we decided to stay. That was also no problem at all. I would say it’s a rustic place without 1000 prohibitions and even the permanent campers are not treated condescendingly there (I’ve experienced much worse). The neighbors were nice too and if something was celebrated on the weekend it was not excessively loud and okay. The night lighting is quite thin but either I go with a flashlight ⚡️ or most have some kind of fairy lights on. There could be a few more trash cans and the collection times for the trash from 10-11 and in the high season again in the afternoon I find a bit inconvenient. But I think it has its reason. Dogs are welcome there and the people there make sure to pick up corresponding waste. There were lots of dogs there. So we were thrilled, thank you for the wonderful time with you and we will definitely return. The Becks from East Frisia

Campsite in a beautiful location, organization could be improved, but very friendly staff. Very few trash bins on the site, very few lights. Sanitary facilities modern but very unkempt, no shower without moldy seams and dirty walls, the same stain on the door for 14 days, etc. Occasionally, soap was missing. The store has everything you need at prices that are completely reasonable for a campsite. Water taps are available. Electricity is also easily accessible... Waste disposal is problematic from 10-11 AM (in high season additionally 3-4 PM), in our opinion not a good time, as one is also out for the whole day during their vacation. The late arrival area is also anything but clean. We will not return and do not understand the 4 stars from ADAC.

Located in a splendid setting (lakes and the Baltic Sea), the natural campsite provides the foundation for a relaxing vacation. The sanitary facilities are very good and clean. Unfortunately, the site owner has neglected to enhance the area with appropriate planting. The supply options for electricity and water have been routed to the campsites in recent years. However, they have missed the opportunity to install gray water connections at the same time. I have been coming to this campsite since 1990 and will visit it again. This year I have already been to more than 30 campsites in Germany, Italy, and Switzerland, and I have already seen quite a bit.

We were here for 4 nights. The campsite is very well-kept. The sanitary facilities were clean at all times. The shop is well-stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The starry sky is fantastic. Unfortunately, the paths are only sparsely lit, so you find yourself in the dark without a flashlight. The women's restrooms lack a sanitary bin, the waste area is unfortunately only open for 2x 1 hour a day, and the large number of rabbits can lead to stress for some of the furry ones. We were right by the lake. Unfortunately, you can't see it, but the sounds of the water birds add a cozy touch to the morning coffee. Conclusion: A really very nice place with a little room for improvement.

We stayed at this place for a week in 2020. It is a simple site. Without hedges, without trees. A large meadow with many caravans and dividers. The beach is very stony but still well usable. By far cleaner in 2020 than this year. We were there for 3 days and a hygiene bag was not collected on all days.

We were on the site for 2 weeks. We had a spot in the front row and a great view of the bay. One can observe stars very well, as there are hardly any lanterns on the site! A flashlight is a must ;-) The sanitary facilities were always impeccably clean. Due to the very narrow partition wall, one has to be careful that the dry clothes do not get wet in the shower. The times for garbage disposal from 10 - 11 AM are unusual (over Pentecost, there was also an hour open in the afternoon), so we had to take our garbage home when we left. There are many permanent campers on the site, with spaces in between for travelers. There is a snack bar and a restaurant on the campsite. The schnitzels are very well made, the fried potatoes delicious. However, for someone who wants little "hearty" food with meat, it becomes tight...

Very beautiful, very quiet location directly on the Baltic Sea. Spacious sanitary facilities, but with too few trash bins (only at the entrance/exit) and as is almost always the case: no storage option for glasses in the showers. Strange waste disposal system; only one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate.
